Article 10. Delivery
Article 10.1 Delivery zone
The PRODUCTS are offered for sale in the following TERRITORY:
France, Monaco, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein, United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Moldavia, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Turkey, Canada, United States, India, South Korea, Japan, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon and New Caledonia.
It is not possible to place an order for any delivery address outside this TERRITORY. PRODUCTS are shipped to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER during the ordering process. Deliveries can be made on request to Laboratoires du Cap-Ferret in other territories under special conditions to the address contact@laboratoires-cap-ferret.com.
Article 10.2. Delivery time
PRODUCTS are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment. These times do not include weekends or public holidays. An e-mail message will automatically be sent to the CUSTOMER when the PRODUCTS are dispatched, provided that the e-mail address given in the registration form is correct.
Article 10.3 Delivery times and costs
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as carriage costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. It is recommended that all PRODUCTS be grouped together in a single order, as two separate orders cannot be grouped together.
For deliveries in mainland France, Corsica and Monaco, the PRODUCTS are sent either via Colissimo Suivi with a tracking number and delivered with signature, or via Chronopost 13, or in a Point Relais. The costs of the delivery options are :
- Colissimo Point Relais: €4. Free for orders over €50.
- Colissimo Domicile with signature: €6. Free for orders over €50.
- Chronopost 13: €16. For orders over €50: €8.
Products are shipped via Colissimo International at the following prices:
- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €11.70
- Italy, Portugal, Spain, Austria, Ireland: €14.00
- Denmark, Sweden, Switzerland, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Liechtenstein: €16.90
- United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Malta, Moldova, Norway, Romania, Serbia, Ukraine, Cyprus, Turkey: €19.50
- Canada, United States: €34.60
- India, South Korea, Japan: €34.60
- Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon: €23.50
- New Caledonia: €33.30
For all other countries, please contact us (at: contact@laboratoires-cap-ferret.com) to find out the shipping costs, which will be determined according to the weight of the parcel and the destination.
For each order, the CUSTOMER can track the progress of their parcel via a tracking link which will be sent to them directly by e-mail as soon as it has been picked up by the transport company.
Article 10.4. Delivery problems
It is specified that deliveries will be made within a maximum of thirty (30) days. Failing this, the CUSTOMER must give Laboratoires du Cap-Ferret formal notice to deliver within a reasonable period and in the event of non-delivery within this period, the CUSTOMER may terminate the contract. Laboratoires du Cap-Ferret will reimburse the CLIENT, without undue delay from receipt of the termination letter, the total amount paid for the PRODUCTS, including taxes and delivery charges, using the same method of payment that the CLIENT used to purchase the PRODUCTS. Laboratoires du Cap-Ferret is responsible until the PRODUCT is delivered to the CLIENT. It is recalled that the CLIENT has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted upon delivery.
